The official Japanese website for the Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius iOS and Android game launched countdown website that will end in a Niconico live broadcast on June 27 at 9:00 JST. The broadcast will share information on the upcoming game update, as well as a "big announcement."
Square Enix released the game in Japan last October, and will release the game in the west this summer.
Gumi subsidiary A-Lim developed Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius, and it draws inspiration from A-Lim's previous Brave Frontier smartphone game. The game features art by Yoshitaka Amano. Players from five-man parties composed of characters from the Final Fantasy franchise, tackle dungeons, with the ultimate goal of defeating bosses, gaining experience, and earning money.
